This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers and embeds no social media content. Fonts are served from the site itself, so no cookie banner is needed.

Online registration

The form collects the dancer's name and date of birth, contact details for parents or guardians and an emergency contact, the chosen classes, the declarations and the signature. This information is sent by email to the association (via the Resend email service) and is not stored on the website.

• Purpose: managing membership, classes and communication with families.
• Legal basis: carrying out the membership and your consent.
• Recipients: board members only.
• Retention: 2 years after the end of the season, then deleted.
• No health data is requested: do not send health questionnaire answers or medical documents through the form.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, restrict or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to asso.danse.nivillac@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
